My group blog for the Music Video


 Hey Blog. I’m happy we get to talk back to back days. How is your day going ? How are you feeling ? I am getting a little sick. My throat , head , and stomach has been hurting and it hasn’t been the best. But , hopefully it goes away soon. I am so excited for the first group project. It gives me an opportunity to use my creative side and some ideas I have. My group members are Jahziah and Kester. They are all in my same class period so it will be easier to work with them on this project. All of us will have the class time to talk and make sure everything is turned in on time. I like to have all my assignments turned in all time because it shows how responsible I am. I chose to work with Jahziah because she has a Youtube channel so I know she is familiar with making videos , editing them , and having creative ideas. Kester is in our group because he does not know anyone else in the class and I did not want to leave him out. There was three song choice but I believe the best one for this project is Gonna Love Me by Teyana Taylor. I believe my group and I can put along a good commercial and allow the audience to get a feel for the song. My group and I have already been coming up with some great ideas so , I can’t wait to have our ideas come into life. Thank you again. Have a nice day , bye blog !!

Hello blog, how was your day? I am so tired. I just got off of work. I am somewhat excited for spring break. Today I will be speaking to you about how my group and I had to refilm one of the sciences for the final task.  In the peer review, Jahziah’s sister is the one that watched our final task and gave us comments on it. She said the lighting during the dance scene was bad. She said since it was too light, it didn’t give the feeling that the actors were at a party. After we noticed this mistake, we decided to plan another day to refilm this scene. Around 5 to 6 people made it to the refilming day.  The day we decided to refill most of the people canceled so we had to work with who was there. It was a little upsetting and stressful but we made it work. The main characters were able to attend, but we didn’t have extra people for the dancing scene.  when everyone got to Jahziah’s house, we decided to talk and plan how we were going to to refilm this scene to make it better...

First Day of Editing

 Hello blog, how has your day been? Did you have anything fun planned for the weekend? I have been fine. I worked so, I am really tired.  In today's blog I will be telling you how my first day of editing went. The group and I decided to do all the editing in class together so the work was equally distrusted. We all made sure to share any ideas we had during this process as well.  I wanted to make the editing process easy. So, the scenes were all shot on different days and the scenes would be edited separately as well. It makes things easier for everyone. I use Inshot to edit videos. It is easy and the features are easy to learn. This app has so many cool features to use. I really enjoy the audio effects Inshot has on the app.  The first scene was filmed in Jahziahs bedroom. Finally Finished!!

 Hello Blog, how did your day go? It’s almost Friday. The day went by kind of quick. Do you have any plans for the weekend? I work Saturday and Sunday so, that’s what i’ll be doing.  Today was the last day of editing. It took some time but, I am so excited to see how it turns out. There is some bad news that J should probably mention…  So, our third member of the group, Kester might be switching schools. this came out of nowhere. if we had to re-film, we would have to find somebody to play his part. we made memories during this project so it’s kind of sad to see him go. hopefully he’ll go on and do better at his new school.  Some bad news about editing is that we won’t be able to get the texts on the screen. The group and I have to find a font for the peoples names that were part of the film. We tried to find another way to show the viewers the back-and-forth text messages.
