Hi it’s Annabel




Hi blog , it’s Annabel J. I am 15 years old and attend Fort Lauderdale High school. I am currently in 10th grade. Some of my interests include photography, firefighting , and spending quality time with my family. Photography became a hobby of mine when I realized I was actually well at it. I enjoy taking pictures of people , sports , or memorable events. I have recently gone to my friends football games and took some pictures of them while they played. I like capturing moments. Next , I am a Davie Fire Cadet. I have meetings every Wednesday from 5-7 pm. I go there and learn things that will help me in the future. I am interested in being a firefighter when I grow up. I enjoy helping people and being on a new adventure everyday. I get bored easily so, being stuck in an office would never work for me. Last , I value time with my family. Family has always been a big thing for me. I have a big family with a bunch of cousins. My cousins and I are also not that far in age. My favorite cousin , Sofi , is also 15 and we tell each other everything. Some of my dislikes include liars , people who are always high in energy , and someone who isn’t loyal. Being a liar is always a red flag to me. Why can’t you just be honest? I feel like I am a very chill , laid back person most times. I do not enjoy being around people who are always on 100 every minute of the day. I like to relax and laugh with people that have the same humor as me. Lastly , loyalty is big. If you are loyal to me , I will be loyal to you. There is no 1 sided loyalty. It’s on both sides of either a friendship , relationship , or even family. That is all about me , bye blog !!

Re-film

Hello blog, how was your day? I am so tired. I just got off of work. I am somewhat excited for spring break. Today I will be speaking to you about how my group and I had to refilm one of the sciences for the final task.  In the peer review, Jahziah’s sister is the one that watched our final task and gave us comments on it. She said the lighting during the dance scene was bad. She said since it was too light, it didn’t give the feeling that the actors were at a party. After we noticed this mistake, we decided to plan another day to refilm this scene. Around 5 to 6 people made it to the refilming day.  The day we decided to refill most of the people canceled so we had to work with who was there. It was a little upsetting and stressful but we made it work. The main characters were able to attend, but we didn’t have extra people for the dancing scene.  when everyone got to Jahziah’s house, we decided to talk and plan how we were going to to refilm this scene to make it better...

First Day of Editing

 Hello blog, how has your day been? Did you have anything fun planned for the weekend? I have been fine. I worked so, I am really tired.  In today's blog I will be telling you how my first day of editing went. The group and I decided to do all the editing in class together so the work was equally distrusted. We all made sure to share any ideas we had during this process as well.  I wanted to make the editing process easy. So, the scenes were all shot on different days and the scenes would be edited separately as well. It makes things easier for everyone. I use Inshot to edit videos. It is easy and the features are easy to learn. This app has so many cool features to use. I really enjoy the audio effects Inshot has on the app.  The first scene was filmed in Jahziahs bedroom. Finally Finished!!

 Hello Blog, how did your day go? It’s almost Friday. The day went by kind of quick. Do you have any plans for the weekend? I work Saturday and Sunday so, that’s what i’ll be doing.  Today was the last day of editing. It took some time but, I am so excited to see how it turns out. There is some bad news that J should probably mention…  So, our third member of the group, Kester might be switching schools. this came out of nowhere. if we had to re-film, we would have to find somebody to play his part. we made memories during this project so it’s kind of sad to see him go. hopefully he’ll go on and do better at his new school.  Some bad news about editing is that we won’t be able to get the texts on the screen. The group and I have to find a font for the peoples names that were part of the film. We tried to find another way to show the viewers the back-and-forth text messages.
